Come Back Buddy is Janine Randall - Bass/Backup Vocals, Carlos Almeida - Drums/Sound Eng and Mike Randall - Guitar/Lead Vocals

Mike Randall

Mike grew up in a musical family. His Mom's vocal group The Velvetones were featured on Chicago radio shows in the 1950's. At age 12, Mike and his brother Dean formed a band modeled after the jazz-rock group Chicago.

As a teen, Mike became the lead singer for "Four On The Floor", a classic rock band that included his brother Dean on lead guitar, and also his brother Gary on drums.

Mike was crowned "Teen King" at a high school sock hop because he resembled Buddy Holly. He kept the glasses and joined up with the 50's band "Impending Shame" that became a regional success in the Midwest.

The band members once again included Mike's brothers, and this time, four of his high school teachers. The experience gave Mike an education that he could have never learned in school. Mike went on to earn a B.A. in Music from Southern Illinois University, and shortly after, an M.B.A. from The American Graduate School of International Management. The group Come Back Buddy was formed as a result of Mike and his Wife Janine's reaction to what people want to hear.

Janine Randall

Janine Randall is a co-founder of Come Back Buddy. She doubles on both upright as well as electric bass while providing background harmonies. She is a veteran of Las Vegas show scene.

Carlos Almeida

Carlos Almeida as been involved with music his entire life. Originally from South America, he grew up listening to and performing Brazilian music.

Once settling in the San Francisco Bay Area, he became also well known in the jazz scene, playing in bands that have opened for Natalie Cole and Tony Bennett.

Carlos has toured Europe with the Mike Cohen Sextet, as well as recorded with the Black Tie Jazz Orchestra for the movie sound track "Swing" The Movie." In additional to being the West Coast member of Come Back Buddy, Carlos is the leader of the Jazz Group "Jazz By Design" and Corporate Event Band "Silicon Vibe".
